These Terms of Use apply to the Ninja Watchdog website, accounts, software, alerts, and related services. By using Ninja Watchdog, you agree to these terms.
Independent Utility
Ninja Watchdog is an independent utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NinjaTrader Group, LLC, NinjaTrader, LLC, or any of their affiliates. NinjaTrader is a trademark of its respective owner.
No Trading Advice
Ninja Watchdog does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, brokerage, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, brokerage account, platform settings, strategy configuration, risk controls, and compliance obligations.
Automation and Alerts
Ninja Watchdog is designed to help monitor and automate recovery workflows such as reconnecting connections, re-enabling strategies, sending alerts, and relaunching software. These features may fail, be delayed, or behave unexpectedly because of platform behavior, broker or data provider issues, system permissions, internet connectivity, operating system state, third-party services, or user configuration.
You should not rely on Ninja Watchdog as your only monitoring, safety, or risk management system. You remain responsible for supervising trading activity and verifying that any automation is operating as intended.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Ninja Watchdog, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the service in a way that harms other users or third-party systems.
Software License
Subject to these terms, Ninja Watchdog grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own trading workstation or business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software unless we give written permission.
Availability
Ninja Watchdog may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninja Watchdog is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, platform failures, data provider failures, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ninja Watchdog after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
