These Terms of Use apply to the Ninja Watchdog website, accounts, software, alerts, and related services. By using Ninja Watchdog, you agree to these terms.
Independent Utility
Ninja Watchdog is an independent utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NinjaTrader Group, LLC, NinjaTrader, LLC, or any of their affiliates. NinjaTrader is a trademark of its respective owner.
No Trading Advice
Ninja Watchdog does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, brokerage, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, brokerage account, platform settings, strategy configuration, risk controls, and compliance obligations.
Automation and Alerts
Ninja Watchdog is designed to help monitor and automate recovery actions such as reconnecting accounts, re-enabling strategies, sending alerts, and relaunching software. These features may fail, be delayed, or behave unexpectedly because of platform behavior, broker or data provider issues, system permissions, internet connectivity, operating system state, third-party services, or user configuration.
You should not rely on Ninja Watchdog as your only monitoring, safety, or risk management system. You remain responsible for supervising trading activity and verifying that any automation is operating as intended.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Ninja Watchdog, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the service in a way that harms other users or third-party systems.
Software License
Subject to these terms, Ninja Watchdog grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own trading workstation or business operations. Your subscription plan sets how many devices may run Ninja Watchdog at the same time — one, two, or unlimited simultaneous devices, depending on the plan shown at checkout. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software unless we give written permission.
Subscriptions and Billing
Ninja Watchdog subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis until canceled. By starting checkout, you authorize us and our payment processor to save your selected payment method and charge it for subscription fees and applicable taxes for the plan and billing interval shown at checkout.
Recurring charges continue until you cancel the subscription. You may cancel at any time through your account billing portal. After cancellation, you will not be billed again for that subscription, and your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
Trial and Billing
Every Ninja Watchdog plan includes a one-time 30-day free trial for eligible new customers. A payment method is required at checkout, but the subscription is not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged for that subscription.
We send a reminder email to your account email address approximately 7 days before the free trial ends and paid billing begins. Keep your account email accurate and able to receive mail from ninjawatchdog.com; the trial end and billing start dates shown in your account govern when billing begins, including if a reminder email is filtered or undeliverable.
If you keep the subscription after the trial, billing starts automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. The free trial applies only once per eligible customer, account, or email. If you change plans, the new price applies from the next billing cycle as shown at checkout.
Digital Delivery and Returns
Ninja Watchdog is delivered as account access plus a downloadable Windows app. There is no physical shipment, no shipping fee, and no return shipment for the software subscription.
Because Ninja Watchdog is digital subscription access, there is no physical product to return. You can cancel the free trial before it ends to avoid the subscription charge, or cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewals. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support so it can be reviewed.
Availability
Ninja Watchdog may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninja Watchdog is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, platform failures, data provider failures, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ninja Watchdog after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
